The first week after signup you will have access to the full features of the system. Use of the Core Plan and any Add-Ons is free during this trial. After 7 days, your account will stay active for free but be limited to 5 inventory items and allow up to $100USD transactions / day and reporting for the previous 7 day period.
Also included is our support! We are here to help and will assist in getting your account setup right the first time.
The Core Plan is for software only and does not include hardware. You may choose from our list of integrated, best-in-class devices to purchase up-front if you require. Some hardware may be available to your business as a financed option to be included in your monthly subscription as an Add-On cost. No, but we understand that "Time is money". Quid POS has a built-in mapping tool for importing existing inventory which will help save time. And our team of experts are here to help make sure you make good choices for getting setup right the first time.
We don't come onsite physically, but we will be available remotely for support every step of the way. From helping to best categorize and import your inventory, to troubleshooting hardware connectivity and assisting in team member onboarding - our experts are here to help!
Like your business, we try to provide flexible payment options and make it easy for our world-wide "Smart Vendors" to pay for their system. Credit cards are accepted via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and Paypal payments are immediately available when you click the "Buy Now" buttons.
